   Joel & Clara  found a nice little basement room in North York, Ontario.  Although small, their room has a most important feature...a television and VCR that can play dance videos almost 24 hours a day!  They share a bathroom with another tenant and share the kitchen facilities with the rest of the house's tenants. 

   Joel & Clara chose this particular house because of its location.  They were only a five-minute walk to the nearest subway station and a twenty-minute bike ride to Viva Dance Studio, where they took their lessons.  The nearest grocery store was a ten-minute walk from their front door.  Their place was also a 15-minute bike ride to the North York Central library, where they can borrow books and check their email.
